HEREDescription:
Corregidor Island is the only place in the Philippines that can
give you that "far-away island feeling of isolation and
solitude, yet is so close to Manila. It is a speck of lonely
lock guarding the entrance to Manila Bay; a veritable fantasy
island that has been frozen in time , a relic from the past,
preserved for future generations to see and appreciate.
Corregidor is known the world over for its role in war, bravery,
and history. It is three miles long and 1 ½ miles at its widest
point, facing the China Sea and flanked by the provinces of
Bataan and Cavite. A rock island remarkably shaped like a
tadpole at the entrance of Manila Bay, Corregidor's strategic
location was vital in the defense of Manila during World War II.

Itinerary:
Start at 6 AM. Embark from Manila Bay's harbor via a cruiser
which will bring guests to the island over 1 hour. Upon arrival
at the island, visitors will board the pre-war type streetcar
called "tramvias" that will bring them around the island
fortress. The famous Malinta Tunnel where guests will experience
the Lights and Sounds Multi visions show.
